One needs to pour one's heart often to the closest friend / whom so ever you are comfortable talking to or with whom you don't feel dejected or feel they may judge you from your emotional/mental state. You need to find someone who cares for you ..your true friend as when you talk with someone who cares for you,... you will feel better. Now you're not all alone with your problems or worries. It doesn't mean your problems and worries will magically disappear, but at least someone else knows what's bothering you and can help you find solutions. Some people are very shy and they don't like to talk ..they need to make one friend and with him/her share your emotions.People share their happy life events openly on social media they brought a new dress, new car, new house but when it comes to sharing their problems they don't .. it is okay don't make your issues public but share your concerns with some one whom you like or someone who cares for you .
It is okay you are an adult and can face all problems by yourself but listen you don't have to face everything alone have some friend and share your issues and vice versa you become the strength of each other and solve each other problems and don't have to face your problems all by yourself. Having such a good friend will not only help you feel light at heart but will certainly help you keep stress away and negative emotions/negativity at bay.
Check your friends list and feel whom you are the closest to point is just to make the bond go stronger and start sharing your feelings and same time listen to him/her and be never alone again. If you have such a good friend in your life already than you are lucky like me .
